As sad as it is to see you cancel, our client area makes it easy to cancel your service.
This way automatically removes any associated invoices and will automatically remove the service off our servers.
Before proceeding, please make sure you are logged in.
- Click "Services" then "My Services" in the top navigation bar.
- Select the service you want cancelled, by clicking on it.
- From the Actions Sub Menu (located on the left), click "Request Cancellation".
- Briefly describe your reason for cancellation in the text area. If you're having problems, maybe we can help?
- Select the Cancellation Type, "Immediate" or "End Of Billing Period"
- Click "Request Cancellation" again.
You will receive an email shortly confirming this action.
If you have accidentally cancelled your service and have made a mistake, open a support ticket immediately!
