How do I lodge a RMA/Warranty Return request?

If your goods arrived are faulty, not working or dead on arrival (DOA), you are entitled to a new replacement or credit.

  1. View and acknowledge the 
  2. Login to the Digital Guppy Online Shop.
  3. Navigate to your Your Account (click your name in the top bar).
  4. Click Merchandise Returns.
  5. Select the item you wish to return, fill out the information and submit.
  6. Record the RMA number and include this in your return.
  7. Send the item at your cost to Digital Guppy.
